The designer behind Pictures In Metal is jewellery artist Nic Gregson. He uses his passion for design and hand engraving to provide a powerful means of wearable symbology, expression and last but not least, fun.

Over the course of his career in jewellery as an in-house craftsperson and freelance operator, Nic has created pieces for many high-end jewellery companies. During this time, he had the fortunate opportunity to hone rare and valuable skills such as hand engraving to embellish these pieces.

Delving into obscure designs, heraldic artistry and his own imagination, Nic enjoys the thrill of cultivating ideas from multiple avenues into a cohesive, interesting and enjoyable piece of jewellery.
