All Pictures in Metal pieces are unique pieces of jewellery. We offer a two (2) year warranty on all manufacturing defects on pieces. However, if your piece is taken care of, it will last for years and generations to come. As wearable pieces they are subject to the usual small scratches, dents and wear and tear associated with precious metals. If you are concerned there is an issue with your piece, please read our Refunds Policy or get in contact with us via email (contact@picturesinmetal.com) as soon as you are aware of the issue.
In order to maintain the beauty of your piece and longevity we ask you exercise common sense when wearing them. Taking the pieces off while washing dishes, using harsh chemicals, gardening, going to the gym and doing anything excessively physical is good practice to ensure no undue damage is caused to the pieces.
General cleaning of any piece can be achieved by using a toothbrush and warm soapy water (no harsh cleaners). Scrubbing the piece lightly will remove most skin and day to day dirt/oils. Wash with warm water and dry with tissues or a soft cloth. Any piece that shouldn’t be cleaned this way will be communicated with you.
If you do however want your piece inspected and given a professional clean or refurbishment, please get in touch to organise delivery. This service will attract a fee. This will be communicated before any work is commenced.
