How long does a piece take to make?
4 - 5 weeks for custom designs after go ahead and deposit received. This also depends on the complexity and current workload in the workshop
How are custom designs discussed?
Email, Zoom, phone or in person. Due to the amazing technology we have available I'm able to service most clients remotely.
Can I meet Nic in person?
Most definitely! Nic lives in the Blue Mountains and is more than happy to have a face to face meeting at a mutual location.
Can I visit your workshop?
Unfortunately no. At this stage the workshop is closed to the general public to maintain security.
How can I provide my finger size?
Providing a finger size can be done in a few ways. One is to order one of our "Finger Sizing Kits." These are sent out free of charge and provide easy to use instructions on how to size your finger. Another option is going to your friendly local jeweller and asking them if they could size your finger. Lastly, Nic is more than happy to make an appointment to size you himself. Just contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on new pieces within Australia via Toll Priority Overnight Express or Aus Post Express Post. International shipping is sent via DHL Express. Prices will vary depending on your location.
Do you do international sales?
Yes we do. If your location isn't available for shipping via DHL please get in contact with us to arrange an alternative delivery method.
