Shipping policy
Purchases - Domestic
You agree to provide full and accurate details at the time of purchase. These include all relevant contact and delivery details. Additional details may be requested to ensure accuracy of the order. Delivery address must be accurate as Pictures In Metal is not obliged to re-send an order at our own expense because of an incorrect address. If you have supplied incorrect details or they need altering please contact us as soon as you are aware of this
All prices quoted on the Website or via any enquiry with Pictures In Metal are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Service Tax (GST). We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website, from time to time, and without notice to you.
Payment is accepted via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, G Pay and Shopify Pay. These payments are managed and accepted through Shopify. No credit card information is held personally by Pictures In Metal but please read our Privacy Policy (https://www.picturesinmetal.com/policies/privacy-policy) as well as Shopify’s Privacy Policy (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy) so you are aware of what information is potentially stored after a purchase.
After payment is made for your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order. If funds are not cleared within two (2) business days, then you will be contacted by your nominated email address in your order.
Purchases – International
We do allow international purchases however you, the purchaser are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes and local delivery fees (if required) for your delivery once it arrives in your country.
After Purchase
In stock items will be shipped out within three (3) business days.
Made to order items will be ready for shipping within the stated time frame on the product description or as communicated via email if there is a delay.
Shipping – Domestic
All shipping within Australia will be sent out via Toll Priority Overnight Express, unless otherwise communicated with you. We reserve the right to choose another carrier if we need to. This means no PO BOX addresses and you are responsible to be available at the provided delivery address to receive the order. If you are not available at the delivery address Pictures In Metal is not responsible for re-delivery of the package. In the case of a missed delivery the package/s will generally be available for pick up at the Toll Depot closest to the delivery address.
Pictures In Metal cannot guarantee delivery times of any carrier, however most parcels within Australia should arrive no later than two (2) business days after dispatch. If there is any delay with dispatch or potential delay within Toll’s delivery network (busy periods such as Christmas, natural disasters within delivery area) we will notify you immediately of these potential delays. You will not be entitled to any claim of compensation if a parcel has been delayed in the carriers delivery network.
Before dispatch we will provide you with a tracking number for the parcel along with the dispatch date. If your parcel does not arrive within the suggested delivery timeframe then please email us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Shipping – International
All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express. This is a fully insured service. Since this is a courier service this means no PO BOX addresses and you are responsible to be available at the provided delivery address to receive the order. If you are not available at the delivery address Pictures In Metal is not responsible for re-delivery of the package. In the case of a missed delivery the package/s will generally be available for pick up at the DHL depot closest to the delivery address.
Pictures In Metal cannot guarantee international delivery times of any carrier, however most parcels leaving Australia via DHL should arrive no later than 5 business days after dispatch. If there is any delay with dispatch or potential delay within DHL's delivery network (busy periods such as Christmas, natural disasters within delivery area) we will notify you immediately of these potential delays. You will not be entitled to any claim of compensation if a parcel has been delayed in the carriers delivery network.

Cancelling of orders
Pictures In Metal reserves the right to cancel your order if we cannot provide the items as per your order. If this happens, we will contact you immediately.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
You are not permitted to cancel an order, unless expressly agreed to, in writing, by Pictures In Metal.
Missing and/or damaged items
If any item is lost or damaged in your order, please contact us immediately via email with your order number and we will investigate. Pictures In Metal will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
